General Liability Attorney

Our client, a well-regarded law firm with a dynamic civil litigation practice, is seeking a talented midlevel attorney to join their Indiana team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on general liability matters in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of fraud and general liability matters (including premises liability, personal injury, auto/trucking accidents, habitability, and construction defect cases).
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, providing exceptional legal counsel and advocacy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-7 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong background in general liability.
• Must be Bar licensed in Indiana, in good standing
• Ability to work remotely with excellent self-management skills.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a remote setting.
