Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Family Law Litigation Attorney with 1- 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Florida family law and a proven track record of handling complex litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team of legal professionals while managing your own caseload and contributing to the growth of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law litigation matters, including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and provide clients with informed legal advice.
• Negotiate settlements and settlements for clients, aiming to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
• Communicate regularly with clients to update them on case status and developments.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage cases efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida State Bar membership.
• 1 to 7 years of experience in family law litigation (experience handling high-conflict or complex cases is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Florida family law statutes, rules, and procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, client-focused approach to legal practice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
