Associate Attorney – Business Litigation - (San Diego)
A highly respected boutique litigation firm in San Diego is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of general civil litigation experience—particularly in complex or business litigation (not insurance defense)—who is looking to take on substantive work and grow in a collaborative, high-caliber environment.
What You'll Do:
Handle a diverse range of civil litigation matters including business, real estate, CEQA, and intellectual property disputes.
Participate in all phases of litigation, including strategy, discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation.
Work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated legal matters.
Engage in arbitrations, mediations, and court proceedings.
What We’re Looking For:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
3–5 years of civil litigation experience; complex litigation or business litigation background preferred.
Judicial clerkships or internships count toward experience.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong work ethic and desire for hands-on litigation experience.
