Are you a skilled machine operator looking to put your expertise to work on world-class equipment? We’re searching for an Experienced Bag Making Machine Operator to join our fast-growing production team. This isn’t an entry-level role — we need someone who already knows their way around Totani, B&B, or Hudson Sharp bag converting machinery and takes pride in producing quality packaging at high speed.
What You’ll Do
Take ownership of bag converting lines from start-up to shutdown
Set up, run, and maintain high-performance equipment (Totani, B&B, Hudson Sharp)
Adjust seal bars, dies, blades, and guides for different runs and specs
Ensure precise seals, cuts, and product integrity through real-time adjustments
Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime
Perform regular quality checks and maintain accurate production records
Train and guide bag packers on best practices
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area following 7S and cGMP standards
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of direct experience operating bag making machinery (Totani, B&B, or Hudson Sharp required)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment (food-based a plus)
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform moderate climbing
Team player with good communication skills
