Job Summary: Seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, including contract negotiation, construction litigation, claims management, and regulatory compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects and disputes in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, including AIA and Consensus Docs agreements
  • Represent clients in construction litigation, arbitration, and mediation
  • Advise clients on construction claims, lien law, and defect disputes
  • Assist clients with regulatory compliance and licensing issues
  • Conduct risk analysis and provide proactive legal counsel on construction projects
  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies for resolving disputes

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar (active and in good standing).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction law or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida construction lien laws and industry regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and litigation skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
