Job Description

We're seeking a Behavioral Technician to join our team providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to implement behavior support strategies and skill development programs under the guidance of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We're particularly excited to find candidates who are passionate about making a lasting impact in our clients' lives. Working across home, school, and community settings, you'll help clients develop essential skills while supporting behavior reduction plans. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement learning programs and behavior reduction protocols based on ABA principles
  • Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
  • Assist with assessments and parental training under BCBA supervision
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
  • Document service activities and complete required paperwork promptly

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field optional 
  • RBT Certification OR commitment to acquiring one with our support within 90 days
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and required software
  • Experience with children in some professional form
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work productively with diverse teams and develop relationships with clients and families
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $16 to $25 starting hourly 
  • Full benefits package including insurance, 401(k), and PTO

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal bckg check (BCI and FBI)
  • CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and respond quickly to client need
