I am working with the owners of a well-established plaintiff personal injury firm, who are searching for a 5+ year plaintiff's personal injury paralegal! The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with one attorney. Reach out to learn more!

Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience or more as a paralegal.
• Routine client contact.
• Prior experience as a plaintiff's paralegal and your most recent role as a plaintiff's personal injury paralegal.
• Ability to acquire medical records and compile a medical chronology; drafting, analysis of contracts.
• Prepare documents such as pleadings and motions for attorneys and file them with the court.
• Case management and administrative work.
• Bilingual English/Spanish. Ability to translate legal documents, and being highly proficient in Spanish both orally and in writing is REQUIRED.
