Job Title: Large Loss Rebuild Project Manager

Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Large Loss Rebuild Project Manager to oversee complex restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish for a valued client. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of a project—managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation, and client communication—while ensuring high-quality results on every job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-loss rebuild projects from initial assessment through final completion
  • Develop project schedules, scope, and budget; track progress and adjust as needed
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation, job costing, and change orders
  • Communicate clearly with clients, adjusters, and stakeholders throughout the project
  • Ensure all work meets industry and company standards for quality and safety
  • Oversee site activities, inspections, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or large-loss project management
  • Strong understanding of rebuild, reconstruction, and mitigation processes
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management software; Xactimate knowledge is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites as needed
