Experience: 4+ years as a litigation paralegal, with a strong focus on civil matters
Knowledge: You know the litigation lifecycle inside and out—pleadings, discovery, trial prep, and case management are your jam
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with legal management software, document management systems, and e-filing in both state and federal courts
Autonomy: You can juggle multiple deadlines and case files like a pro—with minimal oversight
