A reputable roofing contractor is looking to bring on a new Residential Roofing Branch Manager.  They need someone with a background of building teams and operating at a high level.

Residential Roofing Branch Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential roofing experience, with both retail and insurance
• Door knocking background.  Training reps on it and willing to do some yourself
• Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to manage different personalities- in-house team, subcontractors, customers, vendors

Residential Roofing Branch Manager Compensation

• Base salary depending on experience
• Commissions on all personal sales, override on sales team production, additional incentives based on profitability of the branch
