 Senior Estimator

Are you an experienced Senior Estimator with 5+ years of expertise? We are partnered with a dynamic and expanding construction firm seeking a skilled professional to be a cornerstone of our preconstruction success.

In this role, you’ll deliver precise cost estimates, manage subcontractor proposals, and ensure transparent communication throughout the early stages of the project. Your ability to guide stakeholders through budgeting complexities and build strong relationships will be essential.

Qualifications:

• Proven excellence in cost estimating and budget analysis
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging stakeholders
• Proficiency with industry tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Sage, or similar
•  Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to risk management and value engineering
