Oversee early design-phase budgeting and constructability.
Coordinate with owners and design teams to develop GMPs.
Manage preconstruction team and subcontractor outreach.
Qualifications:
7+ years preconstruction/estimating experience with a general contractor.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
