Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and process new employee paperwork. - Manage employee benefits, payroll, and employee records. - Provide guidance and support to supervisors and employees on HR-related matters.

Essential Job Functions: - Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and employee development. - Stay current on employment laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment. - Handle employee complaints, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions. - Administer employee performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans as needed. - Assist with employee training and development programs.

Skills: - Minimum of 6 years of human resources experience. - 2 years of supervisory experience. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
