Dallas Litigation Opportunity – Be the Cornerstone of Our Growing Office

Are you an attorney with 5+ years of experience and a strong background in insurance defense who is ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a licensed Texas attorney to become the cornerstone of a Dallas office and help shape its future.

We are seeking an experienced attorney with proven insurance defense experience who wants more than just a caseload — someone who wants to lead, mentor, and help build a thriving office culture. This role offers the chance to work closely with a senior partner to ensure the Dallas office operates smoothly and continues to grow strategically and successfully.

As a cornerstone attorney, you will:

• Handle complex litigation matters, including significant insurance defense cases
• Mentor and develop newer attorneys, helping shape the next generation of litigators
• Maintain high standards of litigation practice and trial readiness
• Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure operational success and long-term growth

Our multi-state firm specializes in complex litigation across a variety of practice areas, including construction law, healthcare liability, oil and gas, product liability, trucking and transportation, catastrophic injury, construction defect, premises liability, and insurance coverage. We are deeply rooted in insurance defense work and are looking for an attorney who is confident in the courtroom and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal attorney candidate:

• Has 5+ years of litigation experience with a strong emphasis in insurance defense
• Texas bar license and in good standing
• Is a team player who leads by example
• Is not afraid of hard work and wants to try cases
• Possesses strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
• Has a passion for mentoring and developing younger attorneys
