Civil Construction Project Manager – Earthwork, Utilities & Demolition
We’re hiring an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to lead heavy civil projects involving earthwork, underground utilities, demolition, grading, and site development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex site and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle for site development, utilities, and demolition projects
Oversee demolition, excavation, grading, and underground utility installation
Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and clients
Track schedules, budgets, and safety standards
Solve field issues and ensure quality and compliance
Maintain clear project documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing civil construction projects
Experience with demolition, earthwork, utilities, and grading
Ability to read and interpret site and utility plans
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., HCSS, Procore, Bluebeam)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
