Job Title: Transactional Real Estate Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX

We are working with an exceptional real estate law firm in Dallas, TX, seeking a talented Transactional Real Estate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and is ready to contribute their expertise to a dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional real estate law (preferred).
  • Experience representing developers, lessors, managers, and brokers in real estate transactions.
  • Exposure to real estate-related areas such as construction, bankruptcy, business entities, banking, and corporate law.
  • Board certification in real estate law is preferred but not required.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
