About the Role
A premier commercial construction leader is seeking a veteran Level 3 Superintendent to lead major ground-up projects in Michigan. We need an expert builder to manage high-stakes builds while maintaining a collaborative site culture. Healthcare/hospital, high-rise, mixed-use, or multifamily experience is highly preferred.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Major Builds: Manage complex, ground-up projects, master schedules, trades, and safety.
- Mentor Teams: Coach and develop junior Superintendents to strengthen the field team.
- Drive Site Culture: Lead with a collaborative, level-headed, and proactive approach.
📝 Qualifications
- Experience: 15–25+ years in commercial construction field leadership.
- Project History: Lead experience on 12–20+ story high-rises, hospitals, or large multifamily projects.
- Track Record: Stable career progression showing start-to-finish project ownership.
- Note: Be ready to share specific project metrics (floors, units, scope, value) during interviews.
