Project Manager – Structural Steel Erection
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel and/or PEMB erection projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant project management experience, with a preference for those bringing 5+ years of industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of steel or PEMB erection projects
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, field crews, and project resources
Review drawings, plans, and project specifications
Track project progress, budgets, and documentation
Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients, engineers, and internal teams
Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years managing steel or PEMB erection projects (5+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of structural steel construction processes
Experience with project scheduling, budgets, and field coordination
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and erection plans
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
