What you’ll get:
Weekdays, 8 am to 5 pm, full-time
$31.40 - $37.44 hourly plus mileage or company vehicle program
PTO, holiday pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching
CEU reimbursement and paid CEU days
Scrubs allowance provided
Key Responsibilities:
Provide home-based physical therapy treatments under PT guidance
Participate in interdisciplinary patient care efforts
Ensure complete and timely documentation of services
Educate patients and family about therapy processes
Must Have + Certifications:
Minnesota PTA licensure current and valid
Preferred 2 years’ experience
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
CPR and BLS certified
