What you’ll get:
Full-time Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Hourly pay $31.40 to $37.44 plus mileage reimbursement or company car program
PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) plan with match
CEU reimbursement up to $400 plus paid CEU time off
Scrubs allowance included
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services in home settings under licensed PT supervision
Participate in patient care planning and assessment
Maintain accurate treatment documentation
Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy plans
Must Have + Certifications:
Licensed PTA in Minnesota
Experience preferred but not required
Valid vehicle and driver’s license
CPR and BLS certification
