What you’ll get:
Monday through Friday, full-time, 8 am to 5 pm schedule
Competitive hourly pay $31.40 – $37.44 plus mileage reimbursement or company car
Holiday pay, PTO, comprehensive insurance benefits, 401(k) with match
CEU reimbursement up to $400 annually with paid CEU days
Scrubs allowance
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-home physical therapy interventions under PT direction
Participate in interdisciplinary evaluations and care coordination
Complete accurate documentation of therapy activities
Educate patients and their families on home exercise and safety
Must Have + Certifications:
Active Minnesota PTA license
Two years’ experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required
Current CPR/BLS certification
