Superintendent – Commercial, Government, Nuclear, and Aviation

Location: Albuquerque, NM
Salary: Up to $140K base, based on experience

About the Company

A top ENR-ranked general contractor specializing in commercial, government, nuclear, and aviation projects is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
• Enforce safety protocols and job site compliance
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate with the project management team
• Conduct inspections, quality control, and issue resolution
• Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers
• Ensure proper execution of project plans and specifications

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial, government, nuclear, or aviation construction
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, and QC
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and large-scale projects
• Proficiency in construction management software
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR certifications preferred
