Job Description

A fast-growing landscape architecture firm is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect Project Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse residential and commercial projects in world-class mountain towns. We’re looking for a skilled leader with 7-10 years of experience, including strong project management and client-facing responsibilities. A Landscape Architect license is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage design teams (internal and external)
  • Lead client-facing meetings and contribute to project ideation
  • Manage project milestones, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Mentor junior staff and support professional development
  • Ensure high-quality design development and technical accuracy
  • Coordinate with consultants and manage all aspects of project execution
  • Travel for project needs (up to 10%)

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Modeling (Rhino, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of horticulture, plant material, and irrigation design
  • Familiarity with regulations and sustainability practices in design
  • Ability to manage budgets and ensure quality control throughout project phases

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture and project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
  • Experience in residential and commercial projects
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
