Senior Site Design & Permitting Expert
Location: Remote (Must live within 1–2 hours of Philadelphia, PA)
Salary: $120,000–$145,000 DOE + Full Benefits

We're looking for a senior-level professional ready to lead high-impact projects across Pennsylvania and mentor a top-tier team.
Lead site design and permitting strategies for commercial, industrial, residential, and retail projects
Manage and mentor a remote team of engineers and designers
Present to municipal boards, clients, and regulatory agencies
Oversee project delivery, timelines, and budgets
Build strong, lasting client relationships
Shape firm-wide standards and help drive long-term success
Note: While the role is fully remote, attendance at town meetings, site visits, and occasional in-person meetings is required. Candidates must live within 1–2 hours of Philadelphia.
15+ years of experience in civil/site design and permitting
Deep knowledge of Pennsylvania land development processes
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage clients, teams, and complex projects
Comfortable presenting to public boards and stakeholders
Passion for mentorship and continuous improvement
Proficiency in Civil 3D or similar tools
