Location: Dallas, TX

The Opportunity:
A top-tier Texas-based law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Attorney to join its Dallas office. This firm is highly regarded for its depth in construction law and offers a supportive, team-focused environment. Role Highlights:
As a Construction Attorney, you will:

  • Handle a wide range of matters including construction defects, contract disputes, mechanic’s liens, and related litigation.

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and manage key deadlines with precision.

  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, trials, and mediation/arbitration proceedings.

  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on compliance and construction-related legal issues.

  • Work closely with a collaborative litigation team that values hands-on involvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Licensed in Texas.

  • 2–10 years of construction litigation experience.

  • Board certification is a plus, but not required.

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and courtroom skills.

  • Open to candidates with or without a portable book of business.
