This is a long-term opportunity with a company that holds a strong reputation and a consistent pipeline of large-scale commercial contracts.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in commercial drywall estimating with experience in large, complex projects. This individual will play a key role in the bidding and preconstruction process, working closely with the project management team to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial drywall estimating
Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software is required
Strong understanding of construction documents, blueprints, and specifications
Demonstrated experience estimating large commercial projects
Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $130,000 – $150,000, depending on experience
