1st Shift Production Supervisor – Dairy Manufacturing
📍 Vernon County, WI (South of La Crosse)
gpac is partnering with a well-established dairy manufacturer with over 30 years of producing high-quality, locally processed products. They are seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to join their leadership team and help drive production efficiency, safety, and team development.
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
2-2-3 rotating schedule
Lead, coach, and develop production team members
Ensure productivity and efficiency during the shift
Collaborate with other departments and supervisors
Enforce company policies, GMPs, and regulatory standards
Maintain a strong safety culture for all employees
Troubleshoot production issues and work with maintenance
Communicate shift performance and production updates to management
3+ years of experience in food manufacturing (dairy preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of GMPs and food safety standards
Ability to operate and oversee manufacturing equipment
Experience with production or data management systems preferred
