Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure timelines are met
Track progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend adjustments
Communicate schedule updates clearly to internal teams and clients
Support preconstruction and project planning efforts
Qualifications:
✔️ Minimum 8 years of experience in construction scheduling
✔️ Strong background in commercial ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects
✔️ Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication and time management skills
