A leading agricultural company in Western New York is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations across multiple branch locations. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in sales growth, purchasing and vendor management, and customer service excellence, while also managing P&L, standardizing processes, mentoring staff, and building strong grower relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across feed, seed, fertilizer, and animal health

  • Lead purchasing/vendor management and ensure inventory consistency

  • Champion customer service and community relationships

  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, and process improvement

  • Mentor and develop location managers and staff

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ag regulations
