A well-established agricultural company is seeking a dependable Agriculture Operations Associate to join their team. This is a hands-on role that supports multiple areas of the business, including agronomy, grain, and feed operations. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily agronomy, grain, and feed operations.
• Load and unload trucks, railcars, and customer vehicles.
• Operate equipment such as loaders, forklifts, and other facility equipment.
• Receive, handle, and organize grain, feed, fertilizer, and other agricultural products.
• Help maintain facilities, equipment, and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to growers and producers.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support seasonal operations, including harvest and application seasons, as needed.

Qualifications

• Agriculture experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in grain, feed, agronomy, farming, or other agricultural operations is a plus.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate agricultural equipment.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• CDL or the ability to obtain one is a plus.
