Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation - Irvine, CA

Premier law firm is seeking an associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in labor and employment/complex litigation to join their dynamic team, with the opportunity handle matters throughout the state. We are seeking a candidate who is prepared to take on significant responsibility, staying updated on evolving employment laws, and capable of independently managing employment cases involving complex issues. Ideal candidates will have experience in structuring discovery plans, conducting and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. The firm offers interesting cases, complex legal issues, great clients, and many opportunities for professional growth and development. 

Qualifications:

  • California licensed with 3+ years of experience in labor and employment/complex litigation
  • Strong academic background 
  • Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Team player with a passion for advocacy
