MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH PLASTICS MANUFACTURING / INJECTION MOLDING KNOWLEDGE
1st Shift role, 7am-4pm. OT Eligible but typically not required.
Position Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of up to 20 people
- Safety oversight to ensure compliance with regulations
- Processing adjustment to optimize molding process
- Setting molds in presses
- Overhead crane operation
- Forklift operation
- Adherence to ISO 9001 Quality System
- Material handling
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Injection molding experience required
- Experience with setting molds in presses
- Ability to operate overhead crane and forklift
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality System
- Strong leadership and communication skills
