A developer in Chicago is seeking a talented Assistant Project Manager with a strong background in ground up construction. What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction (CTA project experience is a plus!)
• Knowledge of sub-trades and the construction process
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure project success through a focus on safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Foster strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and owners
• Keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Oversee all project phases, from conception to completion
• Represent the company in a professional and proactive manner
