Civil Litigation Attorney – Onsite | Beverly Hills, CA

A well-established law firm in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team. This firm has a strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services and is looking for a dedicated attorney to contribute to its continued success.

The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of litigation defense experience and a strong ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Manage case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural rules.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to provide top-tier legal representation.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
  • 2-10 years of experience in civil litigation defense. 
  • Strong background in legal research, writing, and trial preparation.
  • Ability to handle cases independently while working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in depositions, motion practice, and court appearances is preferred.
