Job Summary
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and service of a portfolio of insurance clients, providing expert service and advice. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal insurance, demonstrating knowledge of complex accounts and industry standards. This role requires in-depth familiarity with managing insurance policies, including renewals and endorsements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage/Service a book of commercial lines accounts, including accounts of various size from small business up to large market.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and a high standard of service.
Handle new business quoting/marketing, renewals, endorsements, and claims, ensuring clients’ needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Utilize agency management software and tools such as AgencyZoom, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office to maintainaccurate records and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of insurance experience.
Skills:Proficiency in an Agency Management System (AMS360, EPIC), AgencyZoom, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office.
Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of accounts.
