We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for our business litigation practice. The position's focus will primarily involve contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate disputes, and easement actions

Attorney Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California bar license (required).
• Minimum 7 years’  of ANY litigation experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit firm.
