What You’ll Do

Business and Sales Leadership

• Originate commercial loans and expand deposit and credit portfolios.
• Drive product sales, including Merchant Services and Business Solutions.
• Cultivate relationships across business lines and with community stakeholders, serving on boards and committees to increase the bank's visibility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

Team Development and Leadership

• Partner with the Branch Operations Manager to set strategic goals and deliver results.
• Inspire and mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
• Lead with a servant-leadership mindset, ensuring a positive employee and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• A college degree or equivalent relevant experience (5-10 years in market development and management).
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a sales-driven environment.
• Exceptional time management, communication, and leadership skills.
• A track record of community involvement and professional presence.
