About the Role As A Advanced Practitioner :
As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing cutting-edge medical aesthetic treatments while ensuring safety, professionalism, and outstanding guest experiences. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of skincare experts to create customized treatment plans that address unique needs, from consultations to follow-ups.

What You’ll Do As A Advanced Practitioner :

  • Guest Care: Conduct thorough consultations to assess medical history, skincare concerns, and goals. Partner with team members to design tailored treatment plans and educate guests about procedures.
  • Administer Advanced Treatments: Perform laser therapies, microneedling, PRP therapy, and injectables with precision, adhering to established protocols for safety and efficacy.
  • Educate and Follow Up: Provide expert advice on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product recommendations. Ensure seamless follow-up to assess treatment effectiveness and address concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to deliver comprehensive care in alignment with treatment plans, fostering an atmosphere of trust and professionalism.
  • Maintain Compliance: Accurately document guest assessments, procedures, and follow-ups while adhering to all regulatory and licensing requirements.

What We’re Looking For In An Advanced Practitioner :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies (Master’s preferred).
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Certification in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic dermatology, or medical aesthetics preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of experience performing aesthetic procedures in a medical spa or dermatology setting.
  • Proficiency in advanced cosmetic procedures and a strong understanding of facial anatomy and skincare principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-focused mindset.
  • Positive work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing top-tier care.
