Requirements For RN MDS Coordinator :

  • RN Degree from an accredited institution
  • Two years of long-term care experience
  • One year of experience as an MDS assessment nurse, with a solid grasp of the MDS process
  • Effective communication skills and a respectful, team-centered approach
