What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead HR Strategy & Operations – Develop and implement HR programs that align with business objectives, ensuring a positive and high-performing work culture.
Attract & Retain Top Talent – Oversee hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts to build a strong workforce and reduce turnover.
Enhance Employee Engagement – Be the key liaison between employees and management, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
Ensure HR Compliance – Stay ahead of employment laws, safety regulations (OSHA), and food manufacturing industry standards.
Training & Development – Implement career growth initiatives, coaching programs, and continuous learning opportunities for employees.
Support a Safe & Productive Workplace – Partner with plant management to uphold workplace safety, benefits administration, and employee wellness.

What You Bring to the Table:

Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish (required)
♦ Proven experience in HR leadership, employee relations, and talent development
♦ Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
♦ Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive a positive company culture
♦ Experience in food manufacturing or related industries is a plus
