A well-established general contractor based in Colorado is seeking an Estimator with experience in healthcare, education, community, and municipal projects to join their preconstruction team.
Key Requirements:

Experience estimating ground-up construction projects in sectors such as healthcare, K-12, higher education, municipal, and community buildings

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Strong knowledge of quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and proposal preparation

Proficiency in estimation software (such as Sage Estimating, OST, or similar)
Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of public and private sector projects

Analyze drawings, specs, and subcontractor scopes to build detailed proposals
-
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers during the design and bid phases

Participate in value engineering and project cost reviews
