What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Conduct inspections on commercial and residential construction sites to ensure compliance with industry regulations.✔ Evaluate reinforced concrete, soil conditions, foundations, asphalt, and aggregates for structural integrity.✔ Prepare detailed reports and documentation to keep project teams informed.✔ Communicate and collaborate with contractors, engineers, and field personnel to maintain high-quality standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
🔹 Certifications: ICC, ACI, or WACEL Reinforced Concrete Inspector (or equivalent).🔹 Experience: Prior work in construction, soil testing, or problem soils monitoring is a plus!🔹 Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial and residential construction processes.🔹 Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting issues and ensuring compliance.🔹 Reliability: A valid driver’s license, insurance, and dependable transportation.
