**Position Responsibilities:**
- Manage commercial plumbing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timelines are met
- Ensure projects are up to code and meet quality standards
- Track project budgets and expenses
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
**Position Essential Job Functions:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing projects
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
