About the Opportunities

We are partnering with several respected Denver-area law firms — including boutique practices and nationally recognized AM Law platforms — to recruit Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorneys at both the associate and senior/partner levels.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the firm and level of experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including:

    • acquisitions & dispositions

    • development projects

    • commercial and retail leasing

    • complex financing and joint ventures

  • Drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and related transactional documents

  • Leading due diligence, title, and survey review

  • Working directly with developers, investors, lenders, and corporate clients

  • Growing and managing client relationships

  • For senior-level candidates:

    • Leveraging or expanding a portable book of business

    • Leading deal teams

    • Supporting the real estate group’s strategic growth

Qualifications

Associate-Level (3–8 Years):

  • 3–8 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and project-management skills

  • Experience with acquisitions, development, leasing, and/or financing

  • Desire for mentorship, stability, and a clear path to partnership

Partner-Level (8+ Years):

  • 8+ years of CRE transactional experience

  • Partial or full book of business preferred

  • Ability to lead client matters, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to firm growth
