Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney – Complex Litigation

My team is currently partnered with a well-established and highly respected plaintiff personal injury firm seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who enjoys advocating for injured clients and handling complex, high-value personal injury matters from case inception through trial.

The ideal candidate is a strategic litigator with strong case management skills, a passion for achieving exceptional client outcomes, and experience navigating sophisticated personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Develop case strategy and work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, experts, and support staff.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses for depositions, mediations, and trial.
• Negotiate settlements while aggressively advocating for clients' best interests.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Experience handling complex litigation matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, trucking, medical malpractice, or other high-exposure claims is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple active files.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client communication skills.
