What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strong attorney, not necessarily a specific resume.

The right candidate will be:

• Licensed to practice in Tennessee and in good standing
• Experienced in litigation or personal injury
• A confident communicator and advocate
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload
• Motivated, organized, and client-focused
• Interested in building a long-term career

Plaintiffs’ personal injury experience is preferred, but defense attorneys who are serious about making the transition are encouraged to reach out.
