Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and timely commercial plumbing estimates
- Review project plans and specifications to determine material and labor costs
- Collaborate with project managers and clients
- Build and lead an estimating team
- Train junior estimators

- 7+ years of Commercial Plumbing Estimating experience
- Expertise in plumbing equipment and materials
- Ability to build and lead an estimating team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
