Junior Estimator – Commercial Construction

We are partnering with a reputable commercial general contractor seeking a Junior Estimator to join their preconstruction team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates

• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents

• Solicit and track subcontractor and supplier bids

• Support bid analysis and scope comparisons

• Maintain cost data and assist with project handoffs

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction or estimating experience

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Excel; estimating software experience is a plus
