What You’ll Do:
Handle complex cases from inception to resolution
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery
Collaborate on strategy and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
Tackle matters including contract disputes, business torts, real estate conflicts, and adversary bankruptcy proceedings
What We’re Looking For:
3–7 years of litigation experience
Strong courtroom presence and legal writing skills
Experience in commercial, business, bankruptcy, or real estate litigation
Highly organized, proactive, and client-focused
