Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a career where you can continue to grow your skills? I'm partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company in Richland County, WI seeking a dependable Machine Operator / Maintenance Trainee to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine operation experience who wants to learn machine maintenance through hands-on training while working in a stable manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate food manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production
• Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting
• Receive hands-on training in preventive maintenance and machine repairs
• Follow food safety, GMP, and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Production Team Member, or similar role
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning machine maintenance
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

• Day Shift – Starts at 6:00 AM
• Shift lengths vary based on production needs
• Typical shifts range from 4–12 hours
• 30–50 hours per week
• Full-time opportunity
